See you at BENT-CON’s Costume Catwalk!

BENT-CON is quickly coming up, and what would a convention be, especially one produced by and for the LGBTQ community, without a little cosplay? Or a LOT of cosplay, as the case may be. Fanboys of the Universe will be sponsoring the Costume Catwalk at BENT-CON (Saturday, December 3, 4:00PM).

I’ve been asked to be one of the judges… along with Zan Christensen (Northwest Press) and Johnny M (Fanboys of the Universe). Brian Andersen (So Super Duper, Friend of Dorothy) will be steering the show.

From CAULDRON, to GHOSTBOY, to LOCUS, super sexy fans become their favorite CLASS COMICS characters! And the fabulous JOHNNY M rocks it as a very HAWT NAKED JUSTICE!

I know what you Class Comics Fans are capable of! I’ve seen a ton of you dressed up over the years as your favorite Class Comics characters, and I’m inviting you to go ALL OUT for this contest! Come as Ghostboy, come as Zahn, come as Locus… Heck, come as any character from pop culture you like, it doesn’t have to be someone from the Class Universe. LOL! If you’re planning on attending Bent-Con, you simply MUST enter the contest.

There’s gonna be some awesome prizes which are gonna be announced this week on the Fanboys of the Universe site! And just remember, BENT-CON is OUR con. It’s where LGBTQ fans and creators can let their hair down and celebrate what makes us unique… so come enjoy yourselves!

BENT-CON is being presented at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles, California, December 3-4, 2011 from 10:00PM to 6:00PM each day. Ticket pricing is available at bent-con.org (1-day pass: $10/person, 2-day pass: $20/person).
